Vendor Graphics
Unison OS has various vendor graphics packages integrated into it to save you time and effort. The packages described in this page refer to packages provided by the silicon vendors.
The vendor graphics packages typically include simple strings, text boxes, images and icon displays. Often widget libraries are included and the library can be dynamically managed.
These libraries are typically intended to be used with a single loop of control program, and as such often are not ideal for users that require the integration of various threads and I/O servers. For this reason, with some libraries, additional add on graphics frameworks are provided as modules to ease graphics programming.
The details of the integration of the graphics libraries are found in the demonstration programs and the Quick Start Guide. Please refer to these examples for practical information on using the libraries in addition to the programming manuals which come from the software vendors.
