Support Services

Support services can be ordered in 10 hour blocks for both Unison RTOS and DSPnano RTOS commercial versions. Three levels of support are available: silver, gold and platinum with different service levels (see web descriptions). Blocks of time cannot be split; however each block can be assigned to different projects on a percentage basis at the time of purchase. A form is provided which must be returned to assign the block of time to the projects with given percentage time allocations.
